your initial contact, you will receive an activity num-
ber. The activity number helps to expedite your call.

Your company name, contact name, and phone number
with area code.

uct information
Ipro eCapture product component (Controller, QC)
Access the main menu and choose Help > About.
System details Operating system and service pack number if applica-
ble.
